This year is almost over, and I want to write the last post before it finishes.

I want to honor and thank this wonderful, sweet, elegant couple that chose to celebrate their wedding in Brussels, last autumn, during this Covid-19 period. This long period, which, we all hope from the bottom of our heart is going to finish as soon as possible.

I want to honor and thank them, and wish them all the best for the upcoming new year, and then extend this wish to everybody.

Really, everybody, starting from Brussels, and then going everywhere in the world. Everyone who suffered, struggled, felt completely lost, alone, or just needed some hugs more. 

Life hasn’t been easy for most of us. And it could sound trivial, but this is the only thing that I deeply believe can save us: Love. 

Love for your lover, Love for your family, Love for a friend.

Love for your neighbor.

Love for a person in need, for a person who’s different from you, for someone that you can’t understand but you keep trying. For who hurt you without wanting it. For who doesn’t understand. 

And Love for ourselves.

Sandra and Victor are united by Love. And Chloe, their little baby girl, is surrounded by it.

They arrived in Brussels in February, just a few days before the first lockdown started, for work. So this city still stays a bit unknown to them. They came here knowing almost no-one, the little Chloe had to stay home, the three of them had to stay home for a long time. 

And they arrived from Spain, from Madrid, where everything - everything - is so different, in terms of weather and human warmth.

It wasn’t easy. It’s still not easy, for sure. 

But on this autumn day, their wedding in Brussel was the sunniest, most joyful and serene ever. Sandra and Victor chose a wonderful autumn day and beautiful locations in Brussels to celebrate this Love of theirs.

The sweetness, the sincerity, the telling of their story, the confidence and trust they gave me during their wedding day we spent together, are the biggest gift. And with my work I can only try to pay back.
